Marching on - FebruarIED

Following yesterday's post on how I JanuarIED, here's how I FebruarIED :P

Found during more spring cleaning. T-shirts of the good old days. Time to say goodbye to them! All have turned yellow with age. Not before some pictures for keepsake :l

So this was how I FebruarIED. I 'fika' too (think I did blogged about them...will check and blog if I have not). Wanted to give myself a treat for all the job-hunting - definitely need the boost to continue Marching :P

Scrapbooking III - Happy Birthday, MQ!

Here's a birthday card I made for an old friend MQ and we kind of celebrated it on a staycation at MBS and watched Wicked last weekend. It was a lovely stay - MBS was beautiful (will post some pictures soon, haha, Wicked was great too :) and of course the card was pretty :P

We also took the opportunity to celebrate 20 years of friendship - yes yes I know these girls since we were teenagers :) A great start to 2012, I must say (although I was really frustrated at work for the last few weeks :/ )
And ah, today's is KW's birthday. @KW, if you happen to read this post one day, Happy Birthday! :) and congrats, father-to-be!

Scrapbooking I

My first attempt at scrapbooking is dedicated to my Krabi trip in 2007! It's been a few years since the trip during my long vacation and I still have not organised the photos.

Was scrambling for photos this morning - it's been like two years since I last developed photos. With FB and Tweeter, there's really no need to keep one's memories in hardcopy anymore. But like what our interns who joined me today, it's always a nice surprise to receive a handmade card in the mailbox.

Have always wanted to learn scrapbooking (although today's class was really to give participants a taste of what scrapbooking is like) but was not sure if I should invest time and money. Maybe I should ride on this start and continue at it for a while... Till my next update on scrapbooking! :)
